Moving Day is Approaching

So, we decided to move. Moving days are August 1st and August 2nd. We still haven't sold our house and fully expect to take a loss on it. The words of my wise finance teacher were, "Buy Low, Sell high". Well, that is just a bunch of hog wash. Bryan and I think that buying at the peak of the bubble and then selling just after it bursts suits us just fine. Ha ha (wimper wimper). By the way, do you know anyone who is looking for a house?
